Julie Helly

A designer with a passion for art and a European-recognized degree since 2015, I have dedicated myself to photography since 2019. To me, it resonates as a work of memory and a form of storytelling.

Based in Provence, I travel wherever your story leads. I work with both French and international couples to create timeless imagery. My approach : caring, attentive, and exacting, ensures a seamless, high-end experience

Inspired by the great painters, I draw from their works, colors, and textures to capture what truly moves the soul.

While specializing in wedding photography, I also capture couple, family, and maternity sessions. My commitment : to offer, through my artistic lens, a sincere and moving vision of your most precious moments.

A luminous aesthetic

A luminous and timeless aesthetic, centered on a soft, natural palette, where every image finds a subtle balance between delicacy and striking contrast.

A Modern Aesthetic

A modern and soulful approach, blending minimalism with sophistication to capture every moment with intensity.

Inspired by Art and Painting

Art is the heartbeat of my world, specifically Impressionist painting, which breathes aesthetic direction into my work. Light, color, movement: I prioritize emotion and intention above all else.

My photographic eye is rooted in this heritage. Much like the artists who once roamed Provence, I do not seek to freeze a scene in a static frame, but to capture the vibration of an emotion or the delicate texture of a fabric. Influenced by Monet’s mastery of light and the softness of Morisot’s scenes of daily life, I create images designed to be felt.

For you, this ensures a wedding story that is vibrant, organic, and deeply authentic, conceived as a collection of timeless works of art.

My expertise lies at the intersection of Art and photojournalism. I compose every image with a painter’s obsession, seeking the perfect balance between light and the moment. Capturing spontaneity requires an invisible discipline: knowing how to fade into the background, letting emotion lead the scene while maintaining an elevated aesthetic.
